3. Automatic Power On and Off
•
When you begin training or press any button, the display will automatically power on.
•
If there is no activity (no movement or button use) for 4 minutes, the system will automatically
turn off and enter sleep mode.
•
The device will reactivate once you start moving again or press a button.
Notes:
1. Insert two AA batteries before use (2 × 1.5V).
2. Keep the console away from moisture.
