Brief Function Overview
1. Basic Functions
When the console is powered on, all data will be displayed for 1 second and a long beep will sound.
After that, the console enters standby mode.
In this mode, you can start training immediately or set a target value before starting. While training, the
function values are tracked automatically:
•
If no target is set, the values (except heart rate) count up.
•
If a target is set, the values (except heart rate) count down.
When a set target value (except heart rate) reaches zero:
•
a beep will sound,
•
the corresponding value will flash,
•
and if you continue training, the value will start counting up again.
If a heart rate target is set and your heart rate exceeds the set value during training, the heart rate
reading will flash on the screen.
Setting target values:
In standby mode, press the MODE button to enter the setting menu. The function's display window will
flash. Use the + and – buttons to set the desired value. Then press MODE to confirm and move to the
next function.
Setting order:
TIME → DISTANCE → CALORIES → HEART RATE
2. Heart Rate Recovery Test
When a heart rate is detected, press the RECOVERY button to begin a 1-minute heart rate recovery
test. After the test, the display will show the result: F1 to F6.
Note: Heart rate and recovery test results are for guidance only and should not be used as medical
evidence.
