TEMPERATURE CONTROL The temperature could be controlled by the thermostat inside the sauna heater (figure 3). The thermostat dial shows a rising heat scale. Find the sauna temperature which suits you best(Usually 158- 176℉/70-80℃). The sauna room can reach a preset temperature in 30 to 60 minutes, it depends on the size of the sauna room and the power of the sauna heater.
