Before First Use
Remove theplastic isolator tabfrom thebattery compartment
priorto use;thiswillpower u pthescale. M ake s ure thebatteries areinserted
followingthe correct polarity.
Switching On the Scale
Place thescale ontoaflat, stablesurface. If usingabowl, p lace onthescale.
Press [ON/OFF/ZERO] untilthedisplay reads g'.
Converting Weight Units
Press [UNIT] t o change between g ,oz,mlandfl.oz. T he mlandfl.ozmeasures
aresuitable forall water based liquids, e .g. w ine, s tock, m ilk.
Using the Add and Weigh
To weigh s everal different ingredients inone bowl, press [ ON/OFF/ZERO)
thedisplay between e achingredient.
Switching Off the Scale
Toswitchoffthescale manually, press [ON/OFF/ZERO]
