The working procedure
Mounting the disc
Push and hold the spindle lock.
Tighten the disc with a wrench.
Attaching the handle and blade guard
Replace the cut-off wheel and nut with
the smaller diameter upwards.
Make sure that the blade washer (3
and 4) fits perfectly into the blade bore
and fits properly on the spindle. If there
is clearance or the disc is not properly
attached, be sure to correct the blade
mount.
Turning on
Press the main switch to position 1 to start the unit. Lock the switch to work freely and
safely with two hands. To turn off, press and slide the switch to position 0.
Replace the grinding disc and nut with
the smaller diameter downwards.
NOTE!
The nut (1) can be fitted with the
smaller diameter upwards (on flat discs)
or downwards (on thicker and concave
discs). Before turning on the grinder,
make sure the attachment is secure.
