the wing with a circular motion from the ground. The glider will open up above you, now start to run.
Now you can check whether the setting of the brake lines is correct. In neutral position, the glider is
not braked, that means: the trailing edge of the wing must not be pulled down. The lower profile of
the wing should be straight in the wind. With the controls to the right, you should see a significant
reduction in the right-hand edge of the wing and the glider will immediately move to the right. Once
you pull down the elevator, both sides of the rear edge of the glider will be lowered and the glider will
stall and drop to the ground. I this case you have already found the correct setting. Should there be no
reaction on the rear edge of the wing the brake lines are too long. Trimming is done in increments of
about one cm and is checked by performing repeated start tests.

Keine Knoten / Verschlingungen in den Leine?

Beschleuniger steht auf voll beschleunigt?

Leine des Beschleunigers nicht verhängt?

Tragegurte nicht verdreht / verhängt?
Achtung: Ein korrektes Einstellen der Bremsleinenlänge ist wichtig und ermöglicht einen fehlerfreien
und gut kontrollierbaren Flug. Starten Sie niemals Flugversuche ohne perfekt justierte Bremsleinen.
Ein unsteuerbares Gleitschirmmodell mit entsprechendem Risikopotential würde die Folge sein.
