SOLUTION
Insert the power plug cor-
rectly
Check that the handle is
firmly inserted and secured
with the screw.
Fill the water tank

Remove the obstruction
preventing the brush from
rotating. If the problem
persists, contact the service
centre.
Insert the roller
correctly.
Please contact service
centre.
Clean and dry the HEPA
filter
Clean the suction tube.
Insert the HEPA filter
