Replacing guide-bar and chain
WARNING! Never use any guide bar without bar tip guard! Use low-kickback replacement
chains always! Only use guide bar and chain types as provided with the tool.
• For replacing guide bar or chain, following instructions in chapters 9.2.1 and 9.2.2
Warranty
This product is guaranteed according to the legal requirements of your country (in general
24 months) from the date of purchase. Keep your sales slip which will act as proof of
purchase. In the event of malfunction return the product to your retailer.
Wearing parts, e.g. saw chain or guide bar, etc., as well as the accessories are not covered
by this guarantee.
The guarantee does not apply in the event of incorrect use, misuse, modifications by
persons not authorized to do so and:
• The product has been used for commercial or professional purpose, or has been rented
out.
• The product has been damaged by foreign objects, substances or by an accident.
• The product has been damaged by incorrect connection or supply.
• The product has been damaged because of failure to follow the instructions contained in
the user manual.
