6 Open Source Licensing
Software components in this product are licensed by the rights holder with GNU
General Public License (GPL), GNU Lesser General Public License (LGPL) or another
Open Source Software license. These licenses stipulate that the source code is made
available. The current copyright and licence information are available on the K 30 RF
and can be displayed via the WLAN hotspot connection of the K 30 RF and a browser
on every terminal device or via the Bosch HomeCom Easy app.
In order to display the copyright and license information via a WLAN hotspot, the
WLAN password of Bosch employees must be compiled. Please contact our support
team, e.g. via the Bosch HomeCom Easy app or the contact options on our website.
Provide us with the "login", "password", and "MAC", which you will find on the back
of the K 30 RF and on the label inside the packaging. We will compile the WLAN
password for you and send it to you. This may take a few days.
The copyright and licence information for the OSS components used can be
accessed as follows:
1. Open the WLAN hotspot of the K 30 RF via the control panel UI 800. If this is not
available in the system and the WLAN network has already been set up, the
WLAN network must be reset in order to open the WLAN hotspot ( Operating
instructions K 30 RF).
2. Connect the terminal device with the K 30 RF via WLAN. It is named after the
K30RF-<last 6 digits of the WLAN Mac address without separators>. You can
find the WLAN MAC address on the rear of the K 30 RF and on the label in the
packaging.
3. Enter the WLAN password you received from our support team.
4. Once the connection has been established, look up the following URL in your
preferred web browser:
