Before using the appliance, read the instruction manual
carefully.
The manual contains instructions for the correct use of the
appliance and the safety warnings that must always be
respected.
Keep the manual together with the appliance in order to be
consulted for future use.
In case of problems or uncertainties ask for help of staff with
experience in its use.
Use the appliance only for the purpose for which it was
designed respecting the limits referred to in the manual and
on the appliance itself.
The manufacturer cannot be held responsible in case of
improper use or failure to comply with the instructions
for use and the safety warnings.
Overview and warnings
The appliance is not intended for use by persons (including
children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capacity,
or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they are
supervised or instructed concerning use of the appliance by
a person responsible for their safety.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play
with the appliance.
Do not start frozen batteries as they may explode.
Do not use the appliance in presence of gas or flammable
substances.
Do not charge the appliance under the sun or in the vicinity
of heat sources.
Do not put the appliance and its cables in water or on wet
surfaces.
Place the appliance in a manner that it is adequately
ventilated: do not cover it with other objects; do not enclose
it in containers or shelves.
Never use the appliance with damaged cables or whenever
the charger has been subjected to impact or damaged.
Do not use the appliance if during use, charge or
conservation the battery smells, heats up, or deforms or
has acid leaks.
Do not disassemble the appliance but take it to a qualified
service centre.
Clean the appliance with a dry cloth. Do not use solvents
or other detergent aggressive substances.
Store the appliance at room temperature (15 – 25°C), keep
it out of the sun and away from heat sources.

Disposal
Do not dispose of this equipment as normal household waste
at the end of its life cycle.
The user is responsible for disposing of this electrical
equipment in collection points designated for disposal and
recycling of electrical equipment or contact the shop where
you purchased the product. This provision only refers
to disposal of the equipment within the European Union
(WEEE).
Description of the starter
This appliance is a multi-function hand-held starter equipped
with a AGM lead-acid battery.
It can be used as an emergency starter for motor vehicles with
a 12-volt (Mod.1) or 12/24-volt (Mod.2) electrical system,
and can recharge/power 5V and 12V electronic devices.
It is equipped with a LED light with the function of continuous,
intermittent, SOS light.

Checking the charge level
¾ Briefly press the 'TEST' button: the charge percentage
and battery voltage are shown on the display.
If the battery is very low, an audible alarm is activated and
the message 'Lo' is displayed.

If the charge falls below 80%, recharge the starter
immediately.
Charging the starter
Recharge the starter: immediately after purchase, before
each use, after use and in any case regularly every 3 months.
Before charging the appliance after use, wait for the battery
cool down.
Only use the supplied power supply unit to recharge the
unit.
