Common Problems
The device does
not work.
The heating
function is not
working or not as
expected.
Causes
1. Disconnected power or
loosely plugged.
2. The motor
automatically shuts off
due to long-time use.
1. The heating function is
disabled.
2. Insufficient heating
time.

Solutions
1. Reconnect the
device to the
power source.
2. Use the massager
after the motor
cools down.
1. Press the Heat
button to enable
the heating
function.
2. Please be patient
as the motor
takes about 7 to
10 minutes to heat
up fully. This is to
avoid the heat
temperature from
rising too fast.
