SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

1. This device can be used by children aged 8 years and
older and people with reduced physical, sensory and
mental abilities or without experience and knowledge,
if they are supervised or given instructions on safe
use device and understand the potential hazards
associated with using the device.
2. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do
not play with the device.
3. Cleaning and maintenance must not be performed by
children without supervision.
4. Keep the iron and its cord out of the reach of children
under the age of 8 when it is on or cooling.
5. The iron must not be left unattended while it is
connected to the electrical network.
6. The iron must be used and placed on a stable surface.
7. When placing the iron on the stand, make sure that the
surface on which the stand stands is stable.
8. The iron must not be used if it has been dropped, if
there are visible signs of damage or if it is leaking.
9. The plug must be removed from the socket before the
water tank is filled with water (for steam irons and irons
containing means for spraying water).
10. Use the iron for its intended purpose, for ironing fabrics
on a board.
11. To protect yourself from burns or injury, do not iron or
use steam on fabrics that are on the body.
12. The iron should always be switched off before
plugging it in or unplugging it from the socket. Never
pull on the cable to unplug it; instead, grab the plug
and pull.

13. Do not allow the cable to touch a hot surface. Wait for
the iron to cool completely before putting it away.
14. Always unplug the iron from the electrical outlet before
filling or draining the water and when not in use.
15. To avoid the risk of electric shock, do not use the
iron with a damaged cord, if it has been dropped or
damaged. For repair, take it to an authorized service
center.
16. Constant supervision is necessary when this device
is used by or around children. Do not leave the iron
without monitoring while plugged in or on the ironing
board.
17. Burns can be caused by touching hot metal parts, hot
water or steam. Hot water may leak from the iron. Be
careful when charging or turning the iron upside down.
18. To protect yourself from burns or injury, do not direct
the steam towards your body when ironing.
19. The iron must be stable during use. When placing the
iron on the stand, ensure that it is the surface on which
the stand is located is stable.
20. Before using for the first time, please check if the
voltage rating on the type plate corresponds to the
mains voltage in your home.
21. Never immerse the iron in water or other liquid.
22. Deposit or Mineral in the water will lead to generate
the scales and block the seam hole, therefore it is
advisable to use distilled water.
23. Do not use chemically descaled water.
