Troubleshooting
Potential Cause/Solution
Ensure the mains adaptor plug is connected.
Make sure that the unit is switched on.
Please try either one of the solutions below:
Make sure that the unit is not muted. Press
VOLUME+/- buttons to resume normal listening. Press
the Standby button to switch the unit to
Standby Mode. Press the button again to switch the
unit on.
Unplug the unit from the mains socket, and then plug
them again. Switch on the unit.
The unit may freeze up during use. Unplug the unit,
leave it for 15 minutes then plug this on to mains
Potential Cause/Solution
Ensure the DAB/FM aerial is fully extended.
Electrical interference in your home can cause poor
reception. Move the unit away from them (especially
those with motors and transformers).
Weak signal. Search manually. If reception is still poor,
adjust the position of the aerial then process a new
scan.

Reset your internet router, then power on the radio and
reconnect.
Clear the network settings on the radio via System
Settings. Process a factory reset of the radio. Restart
your internet router, then reconnect the radio to your
wireless network
