What to Do if the Keyboard Isn't Working in Bluetooth Mode
For Your Computer or Smartphone:
Open the Bluetooth settings on your device.
Locate the keyboard in the list of paired devices.
Remove, delete, or unpair the keyboard.
Restart your device to refresh the Bluetooth connection.
For the Keyboard:
Turn the keyboard off.
Turn it back on and try reconnecting it to your device.
Wireless Connection is Interrupted Even Within 10 Meters
Wireless signals can be disrupted by certain environmental factors. Check if the keyboard is placed
on or near a metal surface, which may interfere with the 2.4 GHz or Bluetooth signal. Relocate the
keyboard to a non-metal surface to resolve the issue.
Third-Party Input Tools Are Not Compatible With the Keyboard
Some third-party input tools may not function as expected with the keyboard due to compatibility
issues with certain versions, brands, or drivers of Windows or Android operating systems. To mitigate
this, ensure your operating system and drivers are fully up to date before attempting to use such
tools with the keyboard.
Certain Multimedia Keys or Function Keys Do Not Work
Specific multimedia or function keys might be disabled due to compatibility limitations with your
device's OS or drivers. If these keys are not responding, verify your system supports the following key
functions:
Multimedia Keys: Backlight controls, brightness adjustments, media playback (e.g.,
play/pause, next, previous), and volume controls.
Function Keys: Standard F1–F12 functionality.
