Input Method Switch
The keyboard supports input method switching to accommodate different systems:
•
For iOS:
Use Ctrl + Space to switch input methods.
o
Caps Lock can also switch languages by enabling it through Settings > General >
o
Keyboards > Hardware Keyboard > Caps Lock Language Switch.
•
For Android:
Use Shift + Space to toggle between input methods.
o
Important: Certain multimedia keys might not function properly due to compatibility issues with
specific OS versions, brands, or drivers. Additionally, frequent switching of the OS toggle is
discouraged as it may affect the keyboard's operations.
Troubleshooting Bluetooth Pairing Issues
If you're unable to pair the keyboard with your device, first confirm that the device is Bluetooth-
capable. If it is, restart the device and attempt pairing again.
For Windows computers, a new Bluetooth connection may sometimes require additional software
updates. Even if the system indicates a successful pairing, updates may still be processing. Allow at
least 20 minutes after pairing to ensure all updates are completed before restarting the computer.
Additionally, verify that the device is configured to accept Bluetooth connections, particularly if
you're using Windows. The device should support external keyboards via the HID (Human Interface
Device) profile.
To adjust Bluetooth settings, navigate to:
•
Bluetooth Devices > Open Settings
•
Enable the following options:
o Allow Bluetooth devices to find this computer.
o Allow Bluetooth devices to connect to this computer.
o Alert me when a Bluetooth device wants to connect.
