WARRANTY INFORMATION

6.1 English

Confidence Europe – DynaSun Division provides a twelve (12) month
warranty from the date of purchase by the end consumer. This
warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in the
mechanics, control electronics, and power supply under normal use
and proper maintenance. Proof of purchase is required to make a
warranty claim. If no proof of purchase is provided, the shipping date
to the first purchaser (retail or distributor) will be used to determine
the warranty period.
The warranty will be void if the product is not handled with care,
especially in the case of damage caused by electrostatic discharge,
adverse temperature and humidity conditions, or misuse. Confidence
Europe – DynaSun Division reserves the right, at its discretion, to
repair or replace products that are found to be defective within the
warranty period and that are returned to Confidence Europe –
DynaSun Division, F.O.B. the place of origin.
This warranty is exclusive, and there are no other written or oral,
express or implied, warranties. In particular, Confidence Europe –
DynaSun Division disclaims any implied warranty of merchantability
or fitness for a particular purpose to the extent permitted by law.

Confidence Europe – DynaSun Division bietet eine Garantie von
zwölf (12) Monaten ab dem Kaufdatum durch den Endverbraucher.
Diese Garantie deckt Material- und Verarbeitungsfehler an der
Mechanik, Steuerelektronik und dem Netzteil bei normalem Gebrauch
und ordnungsgemäßer Wartung. Ein Kaufnachweis ist erforderlich,
um Garantieansprüche geltend zu machen. Sollte kein Kaufnachweis
vorgelegt werden, wird das Versanddatum an den Erstkäufer
(Fachhandel oder Vertrieb) als Grundlage für die Garantiezeit
herangezogen.
Die Garantie erlischt, wenn das Produkt nicht sorgfältig behandelt
wird, insbesondere bei Schäden durch elektrostatische Entladungen,
ungünstige Temperatur- und
unsachgemäßen Gebrauch. Confidence Europe – DynaSun Division
behält sich das Recht vor, nach eigenem Ermessen Produkte, die
innerhalb der Garantiezeit als defekt erkannt werden, zu reparieren
oder zu ersetzen. Die Rücksendung des Produkts muss an Confidence
Europe – DynaSun Division, F.O.B. Ursprungswerk, erfolgen.
Diese Garantie ist die einzige Garantie, die von Confidence Europe –
DynaSun Division angeboten wird, und ersetzt alle anderen Garantien,
sei es schriftlich oder mündlich, ausdrücklich oder stillschweigend.
Insbesondere wird jede
Handelsüblichkeit oder der Eignung für einen bestimmten Zweck
ausgeschlossen, soweit gesetzlich zulässig.

Confidence Europe – DynaSun Division offre une garantie de douze
(12) mois à partir de la date d'achat par le consommateur final. Cette
garantie couvre les défauts de matériaux et de fabrication dans la
mécanique, l'électronique de commande et l'alimentation sous une
utilisation normale et un entretien approprié. Une preuve d'achat est
requise pour faire valoir la garantie. Si aucune preuve d'achat n'est
fournie, la date d'expédition au premier acheteur (détaillant ou
