Dust container and filters
It is recommended to empty the dust container after each cleaning.
1. Press the button on the back of the robot and remove the dust bin.
2. Press and hold the dust bin switch to open it and empty the con-
tents into the trash.
It is recommended to clean the filters once a week.
1. After a long time of use, remove the filter mesh and HEPA filter.
2. Remove the primary effect filter and place the dust container un-
der the tap to wash it (the HEPA filter cannot be washed).
3. After cleaning, dry the air filter and dust container until completely dry.
• Wash with water only, do not use detergents.
• Clean with your fingers, do not use brushes.
• Let it dry for at least 24 hours so that the filter mesh is completely dry.
• It is recommended to replace the filter set every 3 months.
PROBLEM
The dust container is incorrectly posi-
tioned or the mop function is faulty.
The vacuum cleaner is on an unlevel
surface.
The robot is in a restricted area and is
not working.
The robot is trapped and won't move.
Failed map positioning.
The main wheel is stuck.
The main brush is stuck.
The side brush is stuck.
Problems with the front collision sensor.
Problems with the side collision sensor.
The bumper is stuck.
WARNING TONES
• Cleaning will be activated when the mop holder is re-
moved from the tank. Once removed, reinstall the tank.
• If the appliance is suspended in the air, place it on a flat
surface before turning it on.
• Move the machine to an unrestricted area before starting it.
• Check for any tangles or obstacles, and clean them quick-
ly so they don't interfere with the team's working elements.
• If map data is lost, replan your route.
• Check the main wheel for jamming or tangling and clean
it of foreign objects.
• Check whether the main brush is clogged or wrapped and
clean it of foreign matter.
• Check whether the side brush is clogged or wrapped, and
clean it of foreign matter.
• The front collision sensor is malfunctioning, please clean it.
• The side collision sensor is malfunctioning, please clean it.
• If the bumper is stuck, clean and maintain it.
