1. Pay attention to the mains voltage! The voltage of the power source must correspond with the
name plate
2. Seek advice, before starting work, from the responsible structural engineer, architect or
the responsible construction supervisor. Remove the sheathing only with the permission of a
structural engineer.
3. Check when boring, either through walls or floors, that affected rooms are not obstructed.
Partition the working area and secure the drilling bit, with the help of sheathing, from falling
down.
4. Secure a guide bolt to the work piece and screw it to the foot of the boring machine with the
use of the slotted hole and a suitable nuts. Tighten the 4 bolts evenly and in doing so bracing
the boring machine. Lock the bolts at the end with the previously screwed on nuts.
