12. Troubleshooting

No power supplied.
• Make sure that the mains cord is properly connected.
• Verify that the mains outlet is in working order.
The remote control does not work.
• Use the remote control within range.
• Aim the remote control at the IR receiver.
• The battery is empty and needs to be replaced.
• The battery may have been inserted incorrectly.
Loud hum.
• Disconnect the product from the mains supply and clean the connectors as well as the plugs of the audio cables.
The product does not respond when buttons are pressed.
• Disconnect the mains cable and connect it again.
No audio playback.
• Make sure that the product is not muted.
• Make sure that PCM mode is enabled on your source device if you are using the optical connection.
The product does not appear in the list of available Bluetooth devices.
• Make sure that the product is turned on.
• Ensure that the Bluetooth feature on your Bluetooth device is activated.
No connection between soundbar and subwoofer.
• Make sure that both units are supplied with current.
• Pair the subwoofer with the soundbar manually.
The product turns off automatically after 15 minutes.
• To save energy, the product switches off automatically after 15 minutes when the input signal from the audio source
is too low. Increase the volume of the audio source.

13. Care and cleaning

Never use aggressive detergents, rubbing alcohol or other chemical solutions, as these could damage the
casing or stop the product from functioning properly.
• Disconnect the product from the mains supply and the connected devices before cleaning it.
• Use a dry, lint-free cloth to clean the product.
