Constant monitoring of the machine's condition
and correct maintenance are a guarantee of

reliability and smooth operation of the entire
system over time.
There is also a series of checks which authorized

personnel can carry out periodically: simple
visual checks on the condition of the key
components of the pack.
F Maintenance work must only be carried
out by authorised personnel.
Check the following PERIODICALLY:
• tighten electric contacts
• tighten fittings
• check compressor oil level
F If necessary, first interrupt the power
supply to the unit to proceed with the
intervention.

Pay attention to hot parts.

REPLACEMENT OF SAFETY VALVE
It is recommended to replace the safety valve in
case the latter has tripped: during discharge,
the accumulation of residues of processing
waste of components and pipes on the sealing
element, may result in faulty seal in retro-
closure; consequently, refrigerant could leak
from the same during regular operation of the
machine.
The position of the safety valve is shown in "Fig.
12".
F Before proceeding with the replacement
of the manouver valve, check that the
system is not under pressure or at a
high temperature.
TOP UP OIL
F Only use the same oil supplied with the
unit.
F During any oil top up, due to its strong
hygroscopicity, it is necessary to limit
the opening time of the circuit and of
the oil containers to that strictly
required to carry out the work.
