8. AFTER SALES SERVICE
Before you can claim under the
guarantee, you must consult the
available information on the website
www.netsecur.fr and obtain a return
number.
No guarantee claim can be made
without a return number.
In case of a defect during the
guarantee period, the buyer must
send the sensor to Netsecur's after-
sales service at his own expense.
The sensor must be accompanied
by a dated proof of purchase and
a guarantee claim form descriving
precisely the defect.

9. GUARANTEE
The legal guarantee of conformity
of 2 years only applies to the
characteristics and functions of the
product set out in the user manual,
for a use usually expected of a good
of the same type, taking into account
the applicable technical standards
and subject to compliance with the
precautions and limits of use of the
product, maintenance, installation and
fixing which are prescribed therein.
