CAUSE
Discharge hose obstruction
Clogged air supply parts
Clogged air strainer
Foam comes out wet
Insufficient air pressure
The tank is empty
Clogged suction strainer
The non return valve is clogged
or worn
Pump broken or clogged
Needle valve or check valve are
clogged
Product is too thick
Lance nozzle is clogged
The unit foams at a reduced
pressure
Product is not a foaming product
or is made for high pressure use
Wrong dilution ratio
Air pressure is too high
Air pressure flow is too low
Insufficient air pressure
Stainless steel filter in the mixer
may be clogged.

SOLUTION
Check to ensure the discharge hose is uncoiled
properly and that there are no kinks that could obstruct
fluid flow.
Discharge the air regulator by pushing up the air
regulator fitting, if necessary unscrew the air regulator
bowl, clean or replace the filter
Unscrew the air regulator bowl, clean or replace the filter
If foam comes out wet, no matter where the needle
valve is positioned, the non return valve may need to be
replaced.
Check the air compressor. If the pressure is less than
2.7 bar (40 psi), turn off the system until the compressor
can pressurize the line again
Refill the chemical product container.
Clean with water or compressed air (Warning: do not
use tools to remove the lime deposits because you can
affect the functioning of the strainer; only use anti lime
products).
Clean or replace the non return valve.
Replace the pump
Check and clean or replace the clogged part.
Change product or adjust the concentration.
Clean or replace the nozzle.
Check the air compressor supplying the unit. If the
pressure is less than 40 psi, turn the foam unit off until
the compressor can catch up.
Change the product.
Make sure proper foaming chemical and concentration
is being used.
Decrease the pressure
If needle valve is open too much, the pump will cycle
improperly due to lack of air pressure. If this occurs,
reset needle valve.
Check the air compressor. If the pressure is less than
2.7 bar (40 psi), turn off the system until the compressor
can pressurize the line again
Clean it as per the maintenance instraction
