OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1
Open the tank cover and pour the
chemical already diluted in water
according to its application.

Carefully open the foam lance ball
valve pointing it toward a drain.

Close completely the foam lance ball
valve.
Step 5
Foam adjusting:
a. Close the needle valve at the rear of the tank by rotating it completely
clockwise, wait a moment until mixing begins to come out liquid from the
foam lance;
b. Make 2 complete turns counterclockwise of the needle valve, wait a few
seconds and see the quality of the foam;
c. If the foam quality is not as the right density, continue to open the needle
valve at 1/4 of a turn at a time and wait a few more seconds. If the
quality doesn't reach the expectation, repeat this step until you find the
right spot.
d. If the blasting jet is interrupted, means that the regulation has passed the
point of stability. Return to step 5a and start the calibration.

Step 3
Connect the air supply inlet in to the
connector on the back cover.
