ProKart – Air Operating Portable Foamer
Post Operation Instructions
1. After use, remove the plug at the bottom front of the ProKart to drain the rest of the product inside of the tank;
2. Fill the tank with clean water, discharge the water by activating the system in order to clean the piping and
eliminate any chemical residue. For a thorough cleaning, we recommend this step to be done twice;
3. Remove the air supply and then release the internal pressure of the ProKart, opening the foam lance ball valve;
4. Close the lance ball valve.
Maintenance instructions
To keep the system running correctly, periodically perform the following maintenance procedures:
1. Check the pneumatic pump for wear or leakage;
2. Inspect hoses and connections leaks or excessive wear. Make sure that the hose clamps are in good condition
and properly attached;
3. Replace the regulator filter when necessary;
4. With the door opened, discharge the air regulator water/oil by pushing up the regulator bowl bottom fitting;
5. Check the suction tube and screen for dirt or debris, clean or replace if necessary;
6. Drain the tank whenever daily activities are finished;
7. Clean or replace the mixer stainless steel filter:
a. Make sure the ProKart is not connected to the air supply and that the internal pressure has been relieved
by opening the foam lance ball valve;
b. Remove the screws from the rear cover to open it;
c. Unscrew the hose from the "T" mixer outlet carefully;
d. Remove the screen and the mesh filters inside "T" mixer, clean them up and remove any particles or
residue present;
e. Put back the "T" mixer;
f. If the "T" mixer contains a many particles or dirt, make sure that the filter inside the tank is still in good
condition.
