Allgemeine Informationen Dieses Handbuch enthält Informationen, die für den ordnungsgemäßen Betrieb der Pumpe erforderlich sind, um eine unsachgemäße Verwendung zu verhindern und die Sicherheit der Bediener zu gewährleisten.     Bedienungs- und Wartungsanleitung 2. Installation 2.1 Pumpenbeschreibung Der DRY CR Kompressor ist eine trockene und berührungslose Maschine mit Schalldämmung. Kühlluft wird durch den Lüfter geleitet. Die warme Luft wird durch die Entlüftungsöffnung abgeführt. Der DRY CR ist modular aufgebaut und besteht aus zwei Kammern: Pumpen- und Getriebekammer, die durch Labyrinthdichtungen getrennt sind.

    Es empfiehlt sich, zu prüfen, ob diese Einstellungen mit der Spannung vor Ort übereinstimmen. Sollte die Spannung abweichen, wenden Sie sich bitte an PVR, um Informationen zu Motor und Anlasser zu erhalten. Die richtige Drehrichtung ist durch einen Pfeil auf dem Lüftergehäuse des Motors gekennzeichnet und verläuft gegen den Uhrzeigersinn, wenn man von der Lüfterseite des Motors auf den Motor blickt.

    Sollte das Prozessgas Staub oder andere Fremdpartikel enthalten, sollte ein geeigneter Inline- Filter (Einlass) an den Einlassanschluss angeschlossen werden. Empfehlungen von PVR erhalten Sie. Die Vakuumleitung sollte so ausgelegt sein, dass keine Flüssigkeiten wie Kondensat oder aus dem Prozess mitgeführte Flüssigkeit die Pumpe erreichen können. Falls dies möglich ist, sollte ein Flüssigkeitsabscheider installiert werden.

    Bedienungs- und Wartungsanleitung 2.6 Ölfüllung am Getriebe Die Pumpe wird ohne Getriebeöl geliefert. Nach dem Einbau und der korrekten Drehrichtung die Pumpe über die Öleinfüllöffnung mit dem empfohlenen Getriebeöl befüllen. Der Ölstand sollte über 3/4 der Ölstandsanzeige liegen (siehe Etikett). Bei laufender Pumpe kein Füllöl nachfüllen! Nicht überfüllen.

    • Außer dem autorisierten Bediener dürfen keine anderen Personen die Vakuumpumpe bedienen. • Wenn die Vakuumpumpe nicht richtig funktioniert, sollte sie sofort gestoppt werden. • PVR übernimmt keine Haftung für Unfälle und Ausfälle, die aus der Nichtbeachtung der Anweisungen in diesem Handbuch entstehen.

    Für Bedienpersonal, das in der Nähe der Pumpe arbeitet, wird Gehörschutz empfohlen. Soll der Geräuschpegel unter dem typischen dBA-Wert liegen, kann das System mit einer externen Schallschutzhaube ausgestattet werden, sofern ausreichende Belüftung gewährleistet ist. Bitte wenden Sie sich für Empfehlungen an PVR. Die Umgebungs- und Sauglufttemperatur muss zwischen 5 °C und 40 °C liegen.

    Bedienungs- und Wartungsanleitung VORSICHT: Werden keine ordnungsgemäßen Betriebsbedingungen gewährleistet, kann es zu schweren Verletzungen und Schäden an der Pumpe kommen. VORSICHT: Die maximale Anzahl der Motorstarts pro Stunde sollte 10 nicht überschreiten. Übermäßiges Starten des Motors kann zu Überhitzung und vorzeitigem Ausfall führen. Ein Mindestlaufzeittimer sollte mit einem Bedienfeld verwendet werden, das die Pumpe mit automatischen Starts und Stopps basierend auf dem Systemdruck steuern kann.

    Betriebsstunden verkürzen. 5.2 Inline-(Einlass-)Filter Überprüfen Sie den Inline-(Einlass-)Filter wöchentlich. Die Filterkartusche sollte gereinigt oder ausgetauscht werden, wenn sie verschmutzt ist. Wenden Sie sich für Ersatzelemente an PVR. VORSICHT: Je nach Einbaulage des Filters ist beim Ausbau der Filterpatrone darauf zu achten, dass keine Fremdkörper in die Saugöffnung der Pumpe gelangen.

(Dies muss möglicherweise häufiger Wöchentlich durchgeführt werden, wenn sich im Einlassstrom viele Partikel befinden.) Monatlich Überprüfen Sie den Ölstand und das Schutzgitter. Lüfter und Kupplung prüfen. Kontrollöffnung mit G1“-Stopfen: Kontrollieren Sie die Kupplung und deren Einsatz und lüften Sie Halbjährlich regelmäßig durch diese Öffnung.

Betreiben Sie die Maschine nicht ohne eingesetztes Einlasssieb, da selbst kleine Feststoffe, die in die Pumpenkammer gelangen, zu einem Geräteausfall führen können.
