Old appliance that carry the symbol
illustrated may not be disposed of
in ordinary household waste.
In accordance with Directive
2012/19/EU, these appliances must
be disposed of correctly at the end
of their service life.
This involves separating the materi-
als in the appliance for the purpose
of recycling as well as minimising
the environmental impact and neg-
ative effects on human health.
Take old appliances to an electrical
scrap collection point or a recycling
centre.
