"Rugby" Active DVB-T Indoor Antenna
This active indoor antenna amplifies reception signals and offers the best possible reception available.
• Insert the stand base in the guide provided at the rear of the antenna.
• Plug the power supply unit into an appropriate power source (230V-) and insert the power cord in the 9Vsocket
at the rear. When doing so, you must put the switch at the rear of the antenna in the "ADAPTOR" position.
• Connect the antenna
Note:
If the connected DVB-T receiver provides +5V through the antenna output then
no power supply unit is required, as the antenna can be remotely supplied through
the antenna socket. In this case you must move the switch at the rear of the
antenna from the "ADAPTOR" to the "SET TOP BOX" position.
Digital (terrestrial) TV reception (DVB-T)
• Connect the indoor antenna cable to the DVB-T receiver (set-top box)
• Connect the DVB-T receiver to the TV (observe the operating instructions for your set-top box)
• You can optimize the quality of the reception through manual adjustment.
• Depending on the reception area, the stations may be broadcast vertically or horizontally.
The antenna must then be set up accordingly.
Vertical
Analogue TV reception:
• Connect the antenna
• Setting up the antenna manually allows you to optimize the reception of the TV stations you receive.
Radio reception:
This antenna is equipped with a FM filter and therefore is not suitable for radio reception.

Safety instructions:
The device is not protected against drops or splashes of water. To avoid damaging the device and to prevent
injuries due to short circuits, do not let the product come into contact with rain, moisture or other liquids.
Connect the device only to an electrical socket that has been approved for the device. The mains socket must
always be easily accessible. Never use or open a defective device. Repair work may only be conducted by an
authorised specialist. As with all electronic devices, keep the device out of the reach of children.
