Place the machine on a flat countertop, ensuring the
foot pad (10) at the bottom is free from water or dirt
to avoid loss of suction.
Choose accessories based on ingredients:
Mixing hook (4), mixing paddle (6) and egg beater (7)
are installed onto the stirring shaft (11) of the
machine head (12). Align the centre hole of the
attachment with the stirring shaft (11), push upwards
and rotate anticlockwise until the attachment card
groove locks onto the mixing shaft pin to ensure it is
secure.
Accessory functions:
Dough stirring hook (4): Used for kneading dough,
which is more viscous and requires gravity stirring.
(Insert the silicone onto the dough hook before
attaching it to the machine).
Stirring paddle (6): Ideal for mixing, stirring thin
batter or evenly mixing food.
Egg beater (7): Primarily used for beating egg
whites, whipping cream, etc.
● Rotate the head-up knob (13) clockwise with your
right hand while holding the head-up part (12) with
your left. Press down until it locks, ensuring the
bowl lid (2) aligns with the bowl (1) mouth.
● Ensure the gear adjustment knob (14) is in the '0'
position and plug the machine into a power socket.
● Select the desired speed (1-6), with 1 being the
slowest and 6 and P being the fastest. Refer to the
recommended gear time and container capacity in
the table.
● If stirring food, wait until the attachment fully stops
rotating before using a spatula (8). Never stir
directly by hand to avoid injury.
