Cleaning precautions
1. Before removing accessories, unplug the appliance and ensure the control knob is in
the '0' position.
2. Press the release button and lift the head fully while holding the lower part of the
machine, then remove the mixer from the mixing shaft.
3. Do not immerse the main engine in water; wipe it with a soft cloth. Avoid water or
liquids entering the internal gear parts. Ensure all parts are dry before powering on.
4. To clean accessories like the mixing pot, dough hook, paddle egg beater, bowl lid and
plate, soak them in water.
5. Clean accessories in warm and clean water (up to 50°C). Do not use boiling water,
acid/alkaline liquids or abrasive cleaners to avoid corrosion and scratches. Dry
accessories thoroughly.
6. Do not wash the dough hook, paddle or egg beater in a dishwasher or soak them for
long periods.

Note
To avoid the risk of injury from moving implements:
● Keep fingers away from the mixing container when the machine is in operation.
● Do not replace relevant accessories until the machine has stopped or the power is
switched off.
● The product will continue to rotate for a while after the switch is turned off.
