16. Troubleshooting
The following table shows fault symptoms and describes remedial measures in the event of your machine failing to work
properly. If you cannot localise and rectify the problem with this, please contact your service workshop.
Fault Cause
E1 Coil sensor error
E2 Humidity sensor error
E3 Temperature sensor error
E4 Hot and cold system error
E5 Room temperature too high
Fault
Building dryer is not working.
Poor dehumidification
performance.
Strong noise development.
Water runs out of the
appliance.
Solution
The coil sensor must be replaced.
The humidity sensor must be replaced
The temperature sensor must be replaced
Have the building dryer checked/repaired by a specialist.
Reduce the room temperature, the building dryer will start again
automatically
Possible cause
• The device has no power.
• The mains plug is not plugged in
correctly.
• The error code FU is shown on the
LCD display.
• Air inlet/outlet is covered.
• The room is not closed.
• Low humidity and ambient
temperature.
• The device has not been positioned on
a flat surface.
• Air inlet/outlet is covered.
Water tank leaking.

Remedy
• Connect the power supply.
• Insert the mains plug correctly.
• Empty water tank.
• Clear the air inlet/outlet.
• Please close all doors and windows.
• The lower the ambient temperature,
the lower the dehumidification
performance.
• Position the device on a level surface.
• Clear the air inlet/outlet.
• Check the water tank.
• Replace the water tank.
