SAFETY CONTROLS
― ―
This heater has three levels of protection.
Automatic Thermal Cut-Off: If set to High power and overheating is detected the
1.
automatic thermal cut-off switches the heater from High power to Medium power. Once
the temperature drops to a normal level the heater will automatically return to High power.
Please note that the specific power setting and the respective lights illuminated will not
visibly change as the heater lowers the heating setting.
Thermal Fuse: If the automatic thermal cut-off fails to operate, the thermal fuse will
2.
activate and cut the power to the heater. This is a non-resettable switch that will have to be
professionally replaced.
3.
Safety Tip-Over Switch: If the heater tips over the safety tip-over switch will activate and
cut the power to the heater. Once the heater is returned to the upright position it will resume
operating at the chosen settings.

ASSEMBLY
2
― ―
1.
Turn the radiator upside-down on a
scratch-free and stable surface to
prevent damage to the paint finish or
your floor surfacing.
2.
Gently extend the wheels from the closed
position to the open position until they
click into place.
3.
Turn the radiator back upright.
6
CAUTION: ONLY OPERATE THE RADIATOR WHEN IN ITS NORMAL UPRIGHT POSITION WITH THE
WHEELS IN THE OPEN POSITION.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
― ―
1.
Place the heater upright on a flat, steady and heat-resistant surface.
2.
Turn the thermostat dial anti-clockwise to LOW and ensure the power switch is ''O'' OFF.
3.
Insert the plug into a suitable socket.
4.
Turn the power switch dial clockwise to the desired power:
a.
LOW (800W - only first light illuminates when heating)
b.
MEDIUM (1200W - only second light illuminates when heating)
8
c.
HIGH (2000W - all three lights illuminate when heating)
5.
Turn the thermostat dial clockwise until you hear a click. The position of the click indicates
the temperature of the room. Turning the thermostat clockwise will keep the radiator on
until the room gets warmer. Turning it anti-clockwise will turn it off until the room has
cooled to a lower temperature and then it will switch on. The radiator automatically rotates
through an on-and-off cycle to maintain the current room temperature according to the
thermostat's setting. It is normal for it to heat up and cool down periodically.
6.
To turn off the heater, turn the power switch dial anti-clockwise to "O'' OFF.
7.
Unplug the heater from socket when it is left unattended or is not in use.
Note: It is normal for the radiator to make crackling noises when first turned on.
