3. OPERATION
WARNINGS:
–
Make sure that you wear the appropriate protective equipment when using the tool.

Ensure that the spray area is well ventilated and free of flammable materials.

Do not point the hedge trimmer at any part of the body
Fitting and removing the battery

WARNINGS:

Always make sure the tool is switched off before installing or removing the battery.
–
Hold the battery and the tool firmly when installing or removing it. Failure to do so could
cause both elements to fall and cause damage or injury.

Fitting the battery
Pull the battery out while pressing the battery release button.
Removing the battery
Align the battery fitting piece with the corresponding slot on the tool. Then push the battery all
the way in, making sure that it is fully inserted.
If the indicator light on the top of the release part is red, it means that the battery is not
completely inserted.
WARNINGS:
–
Be sure to insert the battery correctly, until the indicator light is no longer illuminated. If
the battery is not fully inserted and is loose, it could accidentally fall out and cause injury.

Do not use force when inserting the battery. If the battery does not slide in easily, this
means that it is not being inserted correctly.
Charging the battery
WARNING: The battery may be damaged due to improper charging.
1. To charge the battery correctly, you must first remove the battery and then insert the
charger connector into the charging socket on the removable battery.
2. Once connected, plug the charger power supply into the mains socket.
