3.3.
Working with the unit
NOTE: in the case of the RC_WMD_05 model - the operation of both
baking modules is analogue. Only one or two modules can be used at a
time.
IMPORTANT: to remove the waffles from the heating plate, do not use
sharp metal objects that can damage the surface of the plate.
1) After making sure that the appliance is connected to the power supply and
grounding (D), set the temperature control knob (H) to the desired value.
2) Set the power switch (F) to the "ON" position - the heating indicator will
light up and the device will start heating the plates (B) to the set
temperature.
3) When the set temperature is reached, the device will stop heating - the
heating indicator (E) will turn off. Then open the heating plates (B), gently
coat them with vegetable oil and put the waffle dough on the bottom
heating plate. Make sure that the dough is evenly distributed over the
bottom heating plate. Then close the top plate and press it firmly against
the bottom plate. Each single baking module is able to prepare 4 waffles
at a time.
IMPORTANT: the device automatically controls the set temperature and
when it drops below the set temperature, it will start the heater (B) again
- the heating indicator (E) will turn on.
4) When making waffles, you can use a timer - it will facilitate baking many
similar waffles. To set the time, set the time control knob (I) to a given
value and the device will start automatically counting down the time.
After the set time has passed, the device will emit a short beep.
IMPORTANT: after the set time has passed, the device does not
automatically turn off the heating!
As a rule, a perfectly baked waffle dough must be browned, but not too
light (undercooked / raw) or too brown (hard / burnt)!
