Steps:
Clean the charging interface and reconnect the cable.
Replace the charging cable or charger.

- Possible causes:
Dirty probe, out of probe depth of field, lens damage due to high
temperature.
Steps:
Clean the probe with a clean cloth. Place the probe within
20-100mm from the target. Avoid exposing the probe to high
temperatures (below 70°C).
8. Issue: Limited articulating radius of the probe

- Possible cause:
Twisted or deformed flexible hose.
Steps:
Ensure the flexible hose is laid flat before use.
