Bluetooth and device settings:

Navigate to: Settings > Bluetooth Devices > Open Settings
Enable options to find and connect to this computer.

Enable alerts for Bluetooth connection requests.

If the keyboard isn't working in Bluetooth mode:

For the computer/smartphone:
Navigate to Bluetooth settings, select the keyboard, and remove/unpair it.

Restart your device.

Turn the keyboard off and back on.

Reconnect it to your device.

Connection Issues

Wireless connection interruptions within 10 meters: Ensure the keyboard isn't on
or near a metal surface, as this can interfere with the signal.
