3. HOW TO USE

1. Maximum cutting diameter 5mm wire rope for
24inch crimping plier.
2. 30inch crimping plier can not be use to cut
wire
1. Insert one end of the wire rope into one side
of the flat oval tube
2. Make a loop of the wire rope and insert it into
the other side of the flat oval tube
3. Select the appropriate hole type to apply force
to the flat oval tube.
4. When pressing, press the middle first, then
press both sides.
5. The long axis of the flat oval tube of the
pressed joint should be consistent with the
pressing direction.
6. Insert the pressed flat oval tube into the
special snap gauge. If the pressed flat oval tube
can be inserted into the corresponding snap
gauge, the pressing is qualified. If the pressed
flat oval tube cannot be inserted into the
corresponding snap gauge, the pressing is
failed.
