Netzanschlussleitung durch die
Leitungsverschraubung in die Montagedose
führen.
Passende beiliegende Dichteinsätze für
entsprechende Leitungsdurchmesser
auswählen.
Dabei den beiliegenden Kunststoff-
Kegeldruckring zwischen Dichtungseinsatz
und Druckschraube (SW 26) verwenden (siehe
beiliegendes Infoblatt der Dichtungseinsätze).
Montagedose mit beiliegendem oder
anderem geeigneten Befestigungsmaterial am
Montagegrund befestigen.
Leitungsverschraubungen fest anziehen.
Elektrische Verbindung zwischen Scheinwerfer
und Montagedose mit den beiliegenden
Verbindungsklemmen herstellen.
Deckel der Montagedose aufsetzen und fest
verschrauben. Dabei auf richtigen Sitz der
Dichtung achten.
G½-Verschraubung (SW 30) fest anziehen,
Anzugsdrehmoment 40 Nm.
Innensechskantschraube (SW 2) in der
Montagedose fest anziehen, um die G½-
Verschraubung gegen Lockern zu sichern.
Scheinwerfereinstellung gemäß
Gebrauchsanweisung des verwendeten
Scheinwerfers vornehmen.
Wartung
Die Verbindungsleitung ist zwischen
Montagedose und Scheinwerfer auf äußere
Beschädigungen zu prüfen und darf nur durch
eine Elektro-Fachkraft ersetzt werden.

Pass the power connecting cable through the
screw cable gland and into the mounting box.
Select the gasket inserts provided that match
the appropriate cable diameter.
Use the enclosed synthetic cone thrust collar
between the gasket insert and the pressure
screw (wrench size 26) (see enclosed info sheet
for gasket inserts).
Fix the mounting box on the installation surface
using the material supplied or other suitable
mounting material.
Tighten screw cable glands firmly.
Make the electrical connection between
floodlight and mounting box using the enclosed
connecting terminals.
Place the cover on the mounting box and
screw tight. Make sure the gasket is properly
located.
Firmly tighten G½ screw connection (wrench
size 30), torque 40 Nm.
Firmly tighten the hexagon socket screw
(wrench size 2) in the mounting box to prevent
the G½ screw connection from loosening.
Adjust the floodlight according to the
instructions for use of the floodlight used.
Maintenance
The connecting cable between mounting box
and floodlight has to be inspected regarding
obvious damages and has to be replaced by a
qualified electrician only.

Introduire le câble de raccordement dans la
boîte de montage à travers le presse-étoupe.
Sélectionner les joints d'étanchéité
appropriés fournis pour le diamètre de câble
correspondant.
À cet effet, utiliser le cône de serrage en
matière synthétique fourni entre le joint
d'étanchéité et la vis de pression (taille de
clé 26) (cf. fiche informative fournie sur les
éléments d'étanchéité).
Fixer la boîte de montage au support
d'installation à l'aide du matériel fourni ou de
tout autre matériel de fixation adapté.
Serrer fermement les presse-étoupes.
Procéder au raccordement électrique entre
le projecteur et la boîte de montage avec les
bornes de connexion fournies.
Placer le couvercle de la boîte de montage
et bien visser. Veiller au bon emplacement du
joint.
Bien serrer le raccord à visser G½ (taille de
clé 30), couple de serrage 40 Nm.
Bien serrer la vis à six pans creux (taille de
clé 2) dans la boîte de montage pour s'assurer
que le raccord G½ ne se desserre pas.
Pour régler le projecteur respecter la fiche
d'utilisation du projecteur utilisé.
Entretien
Vérifier l'état du câble de raccordement entre la
boîte de montage et le projecteur. Le câble ne
doit être remplacé que par un électricien agréé.
