– Switch on the meat grinder by pressing the ON/OFF button
(26) on the control panel (17).
– Use the pusher (1) to push the meat for the casing.
– Cut the finished rolls of the desired length.
– As soon as you finish the work, turn off the meat grinder by
pressing the ON/OFF button
and disconnect it from the mains, and only then you can start
dismantling it.
RECIPE
Filling
Lamb meat 100 g
Olive oil 1,5 table spoon
Onion (minced) 1,5 table spoon
Spice to taste
Salt 1/4 tea spoon
Flour 1 table spoon
Mince the lamb meat once or twice.
Fry onion in oil until it gets gold color, and then add minced
lamb meat, spice, salt and flour.
Casing
Lean meat 450 g
Flour 150-200 g
Spice 1 tea spoon (to taste)
Nutmeg 1 pc.
Ground chilli pepper (to taste)

MEAT GRINDER CARE
Possible cause
Plug the unit
Switch the unit off. Unplug the unit from the mains. Let the unit cool
down for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. Insert the plug into
the socket. Switch the unit on again. If the meat grinder cannot be
switched on, it may mean that it is damaged. In this case apply to
an authorized service center to repair the meat grinder
Switch the unit off. Then, no later than after 30 seconds later, press
the (reverse) button
direction and the screw block will be unloaded. Let the meat grinder
operate in this mode for several seconds and then switch the
reverse mode off. Switch the unit on in normal mode.
If the application of the «Reverse» mode did not work, unplug the
unit from the mains and clean it.
Install the crossed blade with the cutting side facing the cutting
plate.

Mince the meat thrice, mince nutmeg, and mix the compo-
nents.
More meat and less flour in a casing provide better consis-
tency and taste of the prepared dish.
Fill the rolls, clamp at edges, and shape as you wish.
Deep fry the rolls.
After finishing work, turn off the meat grinder and unplug the
power cord from the electrical outlet.
Unscrew the retaining ring (12) and remove the plate (7, 8 or
11), cross-shaped blade (10), and screw (9).
Remove the screw (9) from the grinding mechanism (3).
Clean any food remnants from the screw (9).
Wash the parts of the meat grinder (1, 2, 3, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12,
13, 14, 15, 16) in warm water with a neutral detergent, rinse
them and dry them carefully before reassembling.
Never wash the parts of the meat grinder in a dishwasher.
Clean the meat grinder body (6) with a slightly damp cloth and
then wipe the body dry.
Do not use solvents or abrasives to clean the meat grinder
body (6).
Provide that no liquid gets inside the meat grinder body.
Oil the plates (7, 8, 13 or 11) and the blade (10) with vegetable
oil before taking the dried accessories away for storage – this
will protect them from oxidation.
