COMMERCIAL USAGE AND USAGE IN PRODUCTION AREAS
AND WORK SPACES IS PROHIBITED.
ATTENTION!
•
Before grinding meat, make sure that all bones and excess
fat are removed.
•
Do not push the products with any foreign objects or your fin-
gers, use only the pusher (1) supplied with the unit.
•
Do not try to process food with hard fiber (for example, ginger
or horseradish) in the meat grinder.
•
To avoid obstructions, do not apply excessive force while
pushing meat with the pusher (1).
•
If any hard piece of food stops the screw or cutting blade rota-
tion, immediately switch the unit off and use the screw reverse
mode «
» (Reverse) (22) to remove the obstruction before
starting again.
•
Before changing the motor rotation mode on the touch panel
(17), wait until the motor has come to a complete stop. Failure
to do so may damage the unit.
AUTO SWITCH-OFF FUNCTION
•
The meat grinder is equipped with an auto switch-off function
in case of motor overheating.
•
In case of overheating of the motor, the automatic thermal
switch will trip, switching off the meat grinder.
•
In this case immediately remove the power plug from the
mains socket.
•
Allow the grinder to cool down for 1 hour (at high room tem-
peratures it may take longer for the motor to cool down)
before turning it on again.
•
Plug the meat grinder into the mains, switch it on, if the meat
grinder would not switch on, this may mean that it is damaged
in some other way. In this case apply to any authorized ser-
vice center at the contact address list given in the warranty
certificate and on the website www.rondell.ru for repairing
the meat grinder.
Functions of the button on the control panel
1. ON/OFF button
(26): to turn the grinder on and off.
2. Lock button
: it activates lock mode of the control
panel buttons (17). If in the standby mode for 20 seconds
there is no action with the meat grinder, then it will auto-
matically block.
3. Reverse button
: when this button is turned on, the
engine starts rotating the screw in the opposite direction.
After 10 seconds of operation in reverse mode, the meat
grinder stops automatically.
4. 6 different mode buttons: Meat
Meat
, Fish
, Tomato Juice
They allow you to choose the optimal speed mode for pro-
cessing a suitable product.
BEFORE USING THE MEAT GRINDER
After unit transportation or storage at low temperature
keep it for at least three hours at room temperature before
switching on.
•
Unpack the meat grinder and remove all package materials,
wipe the unit body with a damp cloth and then wipe it dry.
•
Wash all the removable parts (1, 2, 3, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14,
15, 16) with warm water and neutral detergent, rinse and dry
them thoroughly before assembling.
Assembling the meat grinder
– Insert the screw (9) into the body of the grinding mecha-
nism (3) (fig. 1).
– Install the crossed blade (10) (pic. 1).
Attention! Face the blade cutting side to the cutting plate. If the
blade is installed improperly, it will not grind the products.
– Select one required plate (7, 8 or 11) and set it over the blade,
matching the ledges on the grate with the grooves on the meat
grinder head body (3) (pic. 1).
– Install the clamp ring (12) and thread it rotating clockwise
(pic. 1).
Notes:
•
The coarse cutting plate (8, 11) is for processing raw meat,
vegetables, dried fruit, cheese, fish, etc.
•
The fine cutting plate (7) is suited for processing both raw and
cooked meat, fish etc.
– While holding the grinding mechanism (3), place it on the
location for the grinding mechanism on the body (5). To do
so, tilt the grinding mechanism 30° relative to the body (6) and
install it on the location for the grinding mechanism (5). Rotate
it counterclockwise 30° until you hear a characteristic clicking
sound from the latch (fig. 2).
– Install the food tray (2) on the socket of the meat grinder
head (3) (fig. 3).
– During operation, use the supplied pusher (1) (fig. 4); do not
use any other objects to push the meat, and do not under any
circumstances push the meat with your hands.
– To disassemble, reverse the steps above.
