Installing the sausage filling attachment
– Install the screw (9) in the meat grinder head (3) (fig. 5).
– Fit the sausage filling grid and attachment (13, 14) (fig. 5).
– Install the clamp ring (12) and thread it rotating clockwise
(fig. 5).
Installing the kebbe attachment
Note: Only kebbe attachment and clamp are used without
crossed blade and plates.
– Install the screw (9) in the meat grinder head (3) (fig. 6).
– Install the kebbe attachment (15) on the screw (fig. 6).
– Fit the kebbe attachment clamp (16) (fig. 6).
– Install the clamp ring (12) and thread it rotating clockwise
(fig. 6).
BASIC PRINCIPLES OF USING THE MEAT GRINDER
The meat grinder is intended to mince boneless meat for
household use only.
Assemble the unit and place it on a flat dry surface.
Make sure that the ventilation openings on the unit body are
not blocked.
Insert the power plug into the mains socket.
Place an appropriate container under the grinding mecha-
nism (3).
Make sure that the meat is fully defrosted, remove excess fat
and bones, and cut the meat into cubes or strips small enough
to fit freely into the opening of the food tray (2).
Turn on the unit by pressing the ON/OFF button
control panel (17).
Slowly feed the meat pieces into the mouth of the meat grinder
head (3) using the pusher (1). When operating, use the pusher
(1) supplied with the unit.
Attention! Do not use any other objects to push meat; do not
push the meat with your hands.
Do not apply excessive effort while pushing the meat or other
products.
During the meat grinding process, a blockage may occur, to
remedy this situation, utilize the reverse rotation function of
the screw. To switch to the screw reverse rotation mode, turn
off the meat grinder by pressing the ON/OFF button (26)
the control panel (17), then, after at least 30 seconds, press
the (reverse) button

Do not run the unit for more than 10 minutes continuously.
After 10 minutes of continuous use, switch the unit off and
allow it to cool down for 1 hour before further operation.
As soon as you finish the work, turn off the meat grinder by
pressing the ON/OFF button

proceed with its disassembly.

Using the «kebbe» attachment
Kebbe is a traditional Middle Eastern dish cooked of lamb meat,
