WARRANTY

Within the parameters of the applicable statutory provisions, we provide a warranty for the functioning
of the product described in this manual regarding faults arising in connection with manufacturing
defects or material defects, under normal operating and maintenance conditions.
In the event of damage due to improper handling, including damage from a fall or impact, abuse
and poor use, tampering or modification, no warranty claims can be made. Consumables, including
the battery, are excluded from the warranty.
Warranty claims are only accepted upon presentation of the sales receipt, with mention of
the purchase date, retailer name, model and serial number, and are to be presented to
the retailer where it was initially purchased.
This guarantee does not modify or extend the rights of professional users established by law,
nor those that the professional users may have in relation to retailers as a result of
sales contracts stipulated with the retailers themselves. Any responsibility resulting from
indirect damage or lost profits is to be excluded.
