Troubleshooting
No video OUtPUt on the
monitor/
TV
If there's no video OUtPUton the monitor from
Reolink NVR, tru the following:
• Ensure
the lowest
resolution
of the
TV/monitor
is no less than 720p, or it won't
be able to display
anu video from the NVR.
• Ensure the power supply of your NVR is
working. Please notice the status of Power
LED.
• Ensure the HDMI/ VGA cables and
TV/monitor
you used are working properly.
We suggest
truing
a different
cable or
monitor
to test.
• If the problem goes on, contact Reolink
Support.
Failed
to
access
the
POE NVR
locally
via mobile
phone or PC
If gou fai ed to access the POE NVR locally via
mobile phone or PC,try the following:
• Check
the
connection
between
the
NVR
the
router
and
make
sure
the
Ethernet
is working properly and plugged in tightly.

• Check the LAN port indicator (LED) on the
router and the NVR, and see whether theu are all
ON and flickering.
If not, tru to use another
Ethernet cable or plug the cable to other ports
of the router
and
the NVR.
• Go to NVR Menu-> Network->
and check whether the NVR gets the proper IP
address, Gateway and DNS from your router.
• Go to Menu -> System
-> Maintenance,
restore the NVR settings (all settings).
• If the problem persists after the NVR is
rebooted,
contact
Reolink Support.
Failed
to access
the
POE NVR
remotely
via mobile
If IJOIJfailed to access the POE NVR remotely
mobile phone or PC, try the following:
• Please check whether
you can locally access
this NVR system
or not.
• If gou can locally access, please og in to the
NVR on Reolink Client, go to Device Settings
Network
Advanced,
and make sure UID Enable is
selected.
• Please connect gour phone or PC to the same
router
which
the
NVR
is connected

is available.
