About CL2000/CL4000/CL5000
The CL2000/CL4000/CL5000 electronic door
lock provides convenient, simple access
control via the keypad. The lock supports
multi- and single-use User Codes.

The Basics
Keypad
The lock has a 12 button keypad which
includes and # buttons. The # button

is only used for programming. When using
the CL2000/CL4000 range, substitute the
# detailed within the instructions for the
'codelocks.com' badge bar.
Power
This product requires 4 x AA batteries for
operation for the CL4000/CL5000. The CL2210
and CL2255 use 2 x AA cells. The CL2200 uses
2 x AAA cells. High quality, alkaline batteries
are recommended for optimal performance.
Master Code
The factory set Master Code is #12345678.
This should be changed immediately after
installation (Program 10). The Master Code
(and Sub-Master Code if set) always start
with the # button. This puts the lock into
Programming Mode.
Programming
Each programming sequence starts with
the #Master Code or #Sub-Master Code.
