MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
1. Ensure that the appliance is disconnected from the power supply before carrying out maintenance
work.
2. Do not use chemical cleaning agents such as petrol to clean the appliance.
3. Do not clean the appliance directly under running water.
4. If the air conditioner is damaged, please contact the dealer or a specialist workshop.
Cleaning
Caution: Always unplug the power cable from the socket before cleaning or
maintenance.
Cleaning the air filter
•
Regularly remove dust from the filter to ensure optimum function.
•
Remove the filter as shown in the illustration below.
•
Clean the filter with tap water and/or a vacuum cleaner to remove any dirt.
•
Do not use water above 40 °C for cleaning and do not expose the filter to direct sunlight.
•
Make sure that the filter is completely dry before reinserting it into the air conditioner.
