The EVOC Backpack with integrated back protector was developed exclusively for snowboarding
and skiing.
Skiing and snowboarding as well as descents in alpine terrain come with risks. The EVOC Back-
pack with integrated back protector is designed to reduce the risk of serious injury in the event of
a fall when engaging in these activities.
The EVOC Backpack with integrated back protector (only LINE R.A.S. Protector) is made for a
temperature range from -20°C to +40°.
The EVOC Backpack LINE R.A.S. PROTECTOR is only to be used with Mammut removable Airbag
system 3.0. Please refer to the Mammut User Manual for how to install the Mammut removable
Airbag system 3.0.

LIMITI D'IMPIEGO / ESCLUSIONE
The EVOC Backpack with integrated back protector has been designed and certified specifically
for the sports described in section "Purpose / Area of application". Ne sono esclusi anche eventi
nell'ambito estremo di questi tipi di sport. This backpack is not suitable for sports other than
those mentioned above, in particular not for the use in motor sports or with motor vehicles such
as motorcycles, snowmobiles, quads or similar vehicles.
Non è possibile garantire una protezione contro tutte le lesioni. Ne fanno parte distorsioni,
stiramenti o compressioni o fratture vertebrali da compressione.
AVVERTENZE IMPORTANTI
The EVOC Backpack with integrated back protector can reduce the severity of injury from impact
only if it is correctly positioned and worn. Please observe section "Correct fit | Adjust backpack".
No changes may be made to the backpack including the back protector in order not to impair its
protective effect.
The flexibility of the protector is ensured by the surface material property; however, the protector
should not be bent.

CORRETTO INSERIMENTO DEL PROTETTORE
Inserire il protettore con il lato piatto non stampato
verso la schiena, fino a che non si blocca in posizione.
Il protettore è stato inserito correttamente se è possibile
ancora leggere la stampa sul protettore.
• Assicurarsi che lo zaino non sia posizionato troppo in alto
o troppo in basso sulla schiena. Stringere saldamente gli
spallacci, la cinghia pettorale e quella ventrale.
• Prima dell'uso controllare che tutte le cinghie, le chiusure a
velcro, le fibbie e le chiusure a clip siano salde.
• Trasportare oggetti appuntiti e/o affilati (ad esempio coltelli, cacciaviti, ramponi, attrezzi,
bottiglie e altri oggetti duri) potrebbe danneggiare la funzione protettiva.
• Non trasportare nello zaino bottiglie di vetro o oggetti esplosivi (come cartucce di gas e
contenitori a pressione) o liquidi altamente infiammabili e corrosivi.
• Assicurarsi che tutti gli oggetti che potrebbero danneggiare il protettore o il sistema airbag
non siano liberi di muoversi nello zaino. Proteggere adeguatamente gli oggetti appuntiti e/o
affilati (con una borsa degli attrezzi, una copertura protettiva per ramponi, una custodia per
coltelli etc.) e posizionarli nello zaino in modo che non puntino in direzione del corpo.
• Quando si utilizzano skilift o impianti di trasporto simili, togliersi lo zaino dalle spalle o, in
alternativa, assicurarsi che non resti impigliato in qualcosa scendendo dall'impianto.
• Quando si utilizza lo zaino con snowboard, sci e/o dispositivi di ausilio per l'ascesa allacciati
(come scarpe da neve o sci corti), prestare attenzione al fatto che le maggiori dimensioni e
il centro di gravità molto più alto potrebbero aumentare il rischio di rimanere impigliati in
qualcosa o di perdere l'equilibrio.
• Uno zaino contenente oggetti pesanti potrebbe avere un impatto negativo sulle attività
sportive.
