Shake the nasal douche back and forth so that the nasal rinse
is mixed with the drinking water.

Screw the knee onto the reservoir
tightly.

Twist the nasal insert to the STOP
position, to ensure that no liquid can
escape yet (the line on the knee points
to "STOP").
