Cleaning
· The knife inserts are not dishwasher safe.
· All other parts can be washed in the dishwasher at low temperatures up to
65 °C/150 °F. However, we recommend cleaning them by hand with warm
water and some detergent.
· The upper part can be disassembled for easy cleaning. Slide the two latches
(L/R) on the underside towards each other and hold them firmly. The lever can
now be pulled off. The knife grid can be removed from the lever . For assembly,
proceed in reverse order.

Warranty
We cover this device with a warranty of 5 years from the purchase date. Damages
due to normal wear, unauthorized use, improper treatment, incorrect use, lack
of care and cleaning, willful destruction, transport or accident, and repair by
unauthorized persons are excluded from this warranty. Contact your dealer
in case of warranty claim. The warranty can only be honored if the device is
accompanied by the sales slip/receipt.
