Steps:

2. Remove the upper hinge and hole caps of refrigerator door.
3. Remove the refrigerator door, the bottom hinge and the hole caps. Loosen the
screws and replace the door decorative cover, Remove the Little freezer Door.
After adjusting the 180 ° direction, fix the Little freezer Door again and install
the door decorative cover.
