FUNCTIONAL OPERATION
Cycle cleaning
1. Add cleaning fluid (if cleaning fluid is not added, flushing can be
carried out through the circulation of new oil).
●
●
Connect the clamps to the two terminals of the car battery (DC12V; the
device can automatically recognize the polarity).
Raise the car so that the drive wheels are suspended at least 20cm off
the ground. Engage the handbrake, and place wheel chocks securely in
front and behind the non-drive wheels to ensure the vehicle's stability.
Find the connection oil pipe between the transmission and radiator, and
disconnect the one that's easy to take apart.
Connect the appropriate connectors from the connector box to the ends
of the disconnected oil pipe.
Connect the device's hoses to the connectors on the ends of the discon-
nected transmission oil pipes, without considering their direction of flow.
Start the engine, and ensure that the hoses are secure and leak-free,
then turn on the device's power switch.
Method one: Add cleaning fluid directly to the transmission (via the
dipstick opening).
Method two: Add cleaning fluid to the equipment, and then add it to the
transmission through the equipment.
●
Ensure that the new oil tank in the equipment is empty, then add clean-
ing fluid to the new oil barrel through the equipment filling port (it's rec-
ommended to add more than 1L, and if the cleaning fluid is less than
1L, then add new oil to make up to 1L).
●
Select the "Add New Oil" function.
●
Set the amount of cleaning fluid to match the new oil display volume.
