TEMPERATURE SENSOR
It's normal for the Trinity Wrinkle Reducer to get warm during treatment. If the attachment's
internal temperature exceeds 129.5°F, a temperature sensor will automatically turn the device off.
Contact NuFACE client services at 888-360-9171 if this occurs.
TROUBLESHOOTING
If your Trinity Device is not turning on, please make sure all of the following are true:
• The Trinity Wrinkle Reducer is completely attached to the device and fits snugly. Make sure to
firmly press the release button when attaching and detaching the Trinity Wrinkle Reducer.
• The Trinity Device battery is fully charged. If not, please charge your device for a full 12 hours.
• The Trinity Wrinkle Reducer is pressed completely to the skin, activating (or turning on) the LEDs.
Remember, the Trinity Wrinkle Reducer has a skin sensor that only turns on the LED lights when in
direct contact with the skin.
